At J&J Medical Devices Brazil, we are recruiting a Pricing and Revenue Management Analyst to be located in São Paulo.
Reporting to the Country Pricing Supervisor, the Analyst will support Strategic Pricing focusing on accelerate Medical Devices revenue management.
She/He will partner with several commercial areas to redesign the way we currently work, seeking to identifying opportunities and building strong revenue management recommendations. Our gool is to develop and implement the Brazil pricing strategy ensuring business objectives are accomplished.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be an active member of the team that will seek to deliver solutions that will evolve our commercial approach, reduce operational complexity with Agile mindset
- Be a part of the Price Increase process from end-to-end, fully engaging and providing to Sales teams analysis, guidance and specific recommendations to drive revenue and gross profit optimization
- Support execution and tracking of the price increase, with strong interaction with the commercial and finance teams to provide quantitative and qualitative information as a source for official reports
- Be part of the annual Business Plan process, supporting the commercial team in planning the price increase of the accounts and providing information to the Finance team for official reporting

- Education level required: Bachelor's degree is required
- Analytical know-how, planning and detailed understanding of numbers
- Have a strong communication skill
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills. SAP/Tableau Solutions/PowerBI Skills is desirable
- Language: Advanced Skills in English is desired; Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work in São Paulo
**Experience and Skills**:
- Previous experience in Finance or Planning or Sales business partners or revenue management/Pricing or Business Intelligence is desirable
- Modelling skills, being able to navigate ambiguity, provide analyses and summarize recommendations according to the respective audience
- Ability to connect and influence business partners, developing sound relationships with them
- Resilience to handle fluid environmental changes, bouncing back frequently
- Ability to act as a team member not only in Pricing structure, but also with Business Unit team
