We are seeking an Investment Services Analyst to operate and manage our funds or securitizations. This individual will ensure that operational, financial, and regulatory processes are fully functional, adhering to fund rules, operational security, and providing an impeccable client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor operational flows of vehicles: credit assignment, settlement, renegotiation, repurchases, substitutions, guarantees, transfers, among others.
  • Oversee and control assets (collaterals) linked to the vehicles.
  • Verify compliance with regulatory flows, such as eligibility criteria, classifications, and asset registrations.
  • Monitor amortization, interest, default, and payments to investors.
  • Prepare and send operational, financial, compliance reports, and materials for Committees.
  • Address operational demands from internal and external clients.
  • Support the implementation of new funds, operations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance departments.
  • Manage daily cash flow, including planning payments, amortizations, and managing reserves.
  • Prepare analyses and responses for regulatory inquiries; daily validation of quotas and portfolios.
Requirements
  • Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, funds, securitizations, and credit operations.
  • Familiarity with products like FIDC or securitizations.
  • Advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, resilience.
  • Clear communication, proactivity, problem-solving focus.
  • Certifications: Anbima CFG and CGE.
