Job Description Join LearnWith.AI as a Principal Product Manager, where you'll be designing a new educational model that integrates decades of learning science with AI-driven coaching. Your focus will be on creating tangible, weekly outcomes that directly impact students, and you'll lead rapid product iterations to deliver impactful features with speed and precision. We're looking for someone passionate about transforming the educational landscape with the power of AI. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be the catalyst for change, working closely with our founders to make a real difference in student outcomes. Responsibilities Maintain a comprehensive collection of insights, known as BrainLifts, to align your team, AI models, and decision-making processes. Utilize OODA Loops to achieve measurable results through rapid, data-driven product iterations. What You Won't Be Doing Managing product roadmaps or determining what or how to build. Engaging in solution-first product management; instead, you'll begin by becoming a domain expert and understanding your users. Spending extended periods on feature development; our goal is to launch new features weekly. Developing technical solutions or defining software architecture. Requirements A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role, where you have shaped product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis. Experience in launching a successful product from scratch that reached real users and achieved at least $1 million in revenue. Professional experience in incorporating AI into your daily work, such as research, analysis, synthesis, and strategy. About LearnWith.AI LearnWith.AI is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning. We're a remote-first company that hires globally via Crossover. This is a full-time, long-term position with a compensation level of $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
