About The Team/role
We are looking for a customer-centric Operations Sr Analyst to join us on the 99Entrega & Food team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our users and to drive strategic and sustainable growth.
In this role, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects, and will be responsible for supporting data analyses that will help shape our business strategy. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth.
Hence, you will be able to improve both your technical and business skills through industry experience that will contribute to your professional development.
In this role, you'll be...

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use internal and external data to support pricing strategies, operational improvements, and business growth.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify new opportunities and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Engagement & Optimization: Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency.
• Process & Product Improvement: Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure a seamless operational experience.
  
  

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in data analytics, operations, project management or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives and lead projects with a structured approach.
• Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills (SQL is required).
