Atividades:

Prospecção de novos clientes; Gerenciamento das contas (acompanhar contratos, aditivos, faturamentos, PDD´s, cross seling, rentabilidade, marketshare, CNPJ´s raiz; duração do contrato, entre outros); Manter o relacionamento de excelência com os clientes novos e os já existentes na carteira; Construir e manter relacionamentos fortes e duradouros com os clientes; Conectar equipes internas de acordo com as necessidade de cada cliente; Desenhar junto com o Gerente de cada Unidade de negócio a proposta para o cliente, analisando taxas e valores; Negociar contratos e fechar acordos para maximizar os lucros; Comunicar claramente com os gerentes das unidades o progresso das iniciativas mensais/trimestrais às partes interessadas internas e externas; Desenvolver novos negócios com clientes existentes e/ou identificar áreas de melhoria para atingir as metas de vendas; Gerenciar estratégias de vendas, participar do planejamento anual e avaliar as melhores práticas do mercado, com o objetivo de cumprir metas e desenvolver novos negócios; Acompanha o desempenho da Lista dos clientes por segmento; Atingimento do objetivo anual de vendas de clientes novos e clientes retidos; Responsável individual por sua conta assim como sua superação para alcançar o bônus extraordinário;

Requisitos

Graduação completa; Atuação anterior com vendas de serviços; Ter atuado anteriormente em consultorias Multinacionais de R&S será considerado um grande diferencial; Conhecimento no sistema Salesforce será um diferencial; Já ter atuado com vendas, de preferência do segmento de serviços.

Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Superior - Concluído
