Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Content Designer. This position will support UTR programs by designing learning solutions to ensure quality of processes, drive standards adoption and offer a great learning experience.
As Learning Content Designer, you will be responsible for content creation that will support UTR Operations in multiple learning approaches, such as e-learning, video and instructor-led training. You will also interact with business areas in order to identify learning needs and content creation opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions in multiple approaches to UTR stakeholders;
- Use Learning Management System (LMS) to implement learning modules and measure learning KPIs;
- Learning Design Systems (LDS) platforms that helps create effective learning experiences
- Instructional design principles, learning theories, and technology tools;
- Support instructor lead training with training content;
- Design learning communication pieces (reports, invites and announcements).
A day in the life
Throughout the day, you will collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure seamless integration of your content into our learning management system. You'll monitor learner progress and feedback to continuously optimize the effectiveness of your training solutions.

Our mission is to design and deploy world-class training solutions that drive operational excellence, ensure process adherence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree;
- Experience with L&D Content Creation Tools to develop educational programs and curriculum;
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Design System (LDS)
- Fluent Portuguese;
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Operations Background;
- Intermediate English;
- Certifications in Instructional Design.
