Content Developer Position

This role involves creating educational content based on a defined methodology and strategy. The selected candidate will work closely with the Instructional Design team to develop engaging and effective training materials.

  • Develop high-quality training content that meets the needs of diverse audiences;
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and instructional designers to deliver successful content projects;
  • Manage content development projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of materials;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications and home automation;
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Pedagogy, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or Advertising;
  • Previous experience in developing training content or solid knowledge of the field;
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including creating clear, concise, and engaging texts for various audiences;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, including grammar, spelling, and writing style;
  • Basic knowledge of authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and design concepts (layout, typography, and colors).
