A chance to become a part of a dynamic company on a fast track to change the logistics scene in the US.About the role We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who loves experimenting, optimizing, and scaling growth. If you enjoy testing landing pages and finding the winning formula that drives conversions, this role is for you.What you’ll do: Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts. Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously. Track, analyze, and report performance using CRO tools.What we’re looking for: Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. An analytical marketing mindset while being quick to iterate on ideas. Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration. Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor.Nice to have: SEO basics Basic HTML/CSS Understanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.This is a remote position. Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST) Professional English Proficiency is a must. Hiring interviews will be conducted online.
