If you enjoy working with WordPress and creating compelling content for emails and landing pages, this role is for you.Professional English Proficiency is a must.Hiring interviews will be conducted online.What you’ll do:Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts.Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously.Track, analyze, and report performance.Understand the audience and work on improving the copy from email marketing campaigns. What we’re looking for:Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.An analytical marketing mindset, while being quick to iterate on ideas.Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration.Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor.Experience with creating content for emails and or landing pages Nice to have:SEO basicsBasic HTML/CSSUnderstanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads / AdsFamiliarity with Google SheetsThis is a remote position.Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST)
