What you will do
- Identify approaches for new processes and recommend improvements to automate or simplify existing processes.
- Ensure sales and supply chain business requirements and related functions are translated into clear requirements for the SAP Functional and Technical Teams; The main role is to coordinate requirements gathering and validate Functional, Technical Specifications and build Test Cases with Key Users.
- Analysis of global business processes and procedures implemented in a single instance of SAP business software.
- Support a complex global S4 Hana implementation project. Guiding stakeholders to leverage best practice usage of SAP S4 Hana.
- Effectively communicate and work within a global team to coordinate and complete assignments for implementations, upgrades, modifications, and value opportunities associated with quote to cash processes.
- Work directly with Key-users to define, scope, and implement solutions in alignment with business initiatives.
- Manage business process design modification projects.
- Drive solution discussion and resolve conflicts on solution design aspects.
What we are looking for
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information science, logistics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP as an SD, MM or PP.
- Advanced level of English is required.
- Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root cause for effective issue resolution.
- Strong knowledge in SAP Logistics Execution.
- Previous experience in large projects
- Strong working knowledge in SAP ECC; SAP S/4 HANA, additional knowledge of multiple modules of SAP preferred.
- Ability to promote ideas, recommend solutions, and influence others within all levels of the organization including the ability to explain technical processes and concepts to non-technical user groups.
- Ability and discipline to self-manage assignments to meet deadlines and scope.
- Effective presentation skills,
- Ability to work individually, as a member of a functional team, and part of a global team
Nice to have
- Experience on Agro Supply Chain process.
- Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience including an in-depth understanding of SAP Integration and Activate methodology.
- Experience with Hana Cloud Platform
- Proficiency with Spanish language
