**Selection Process:**
- Duration: 30-40 days
- Steps: Application, CV screening, interviews, technical assessments, offer

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Data, Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- Define architecture and business vision
- Develop and maintain scalable systems
- Improve development tools and processes
- Act as a technical reference for the team

**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of algorithms and distributed systems
- Experience with cross-team projects
- Quick learner
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
