Entry Level Professional - Sales, Marketing, and Operations We are seeking highly motivated and skilled entry-level professionals to join our dynamic team. As a sales development, marketing, business operations support, or IT professional, you will be responsible for developing new business and executing strategies to apply custom analytics, software, and consulting technology to solve high-value business challenges. FICO's world-class analytics solutions are used across multiple industries to manage risk, fight fraud, build more profitable customer relationships, optimize operations, and meet strict government regulations. As an intern, you will be exposed to a multicultural team with mixed experience to help you develop your soft and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: To provide support in sales development, marketing, business operations, and IT functions. To develop and execute strategies to apply custom analytics, software, and consulting technology to solve high-value business challenges. To work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. To contribute to the growth and development of the organization by identifying and implementing process improvements. Requirements: Graduation dates from 2027 in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related programs. Able to commit to a 30 hours/week schedule. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires thinking on your feet and adaptability. Excellent organizational skills, priority setting, timing, and flexibility. Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in Portuguese and English is a must. Highly self-motivated and current on technology trends. Curiosity to learn and grow your skills.
