**About the role**: Social Content Creator
In this role, you will work with a team of Social experts to concept, develop and create images and video that elevates multiple brands and excites their audiences. From static images, to prop styling, to reacting to moments in culture, you'll be the visual lead of this team of makers.
**What you will be doing**:
- Work with the Social team to concept and produce assets and create reactive content.
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Produce innovative and on-brand visual.
- Designs for the end-to-end lifecycle of the target audience(s) from concept to execution.
- Guarantee final deliverables meet design and production requirements and expectations.
- Develop, adapt, optimize, and deploy assets according to social media best practices, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to drive desired brand actions.
- Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications.
**What you need to be great in this role**:
- Digital design experience in an advertising, branding or in-house agency.
- Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc.
- Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
- Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
- Excellent ideation/conceptual and digital reflected in their portfolio.
- A deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
- Expert knowledge in Social Platforms executions.
- The aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Understanding of digital design principles and an awareness of digital design trends.
- Knowledge of design, motion graphic and video editing principles and software.
- Basic retouching skills.
- Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods (preferrably).
