Job Opportunity: Social Media Professional

This is a remote full-time contract role that requires an innovative and digitally savvy individual to support our social media strategy and execution.

About the Position:
  • Support staff members working with clients
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of our social media channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Track and analyze digital trends, identifying opportunities for engagement and growth
  • Develop engaging multimedia content (text, visuals, videos, and interactive formats)
  • Draft social media posts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our messaging
  • Monitor conversations, engage with key influencers, and track relevant global policy discussions
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Assist with internal trainings and documentation of best practices for social media engagement
  • Support staff with project management (e.g., drafting meeting minutes, updating work plans)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Digital media expertise - TikTok, Podcasts, Twitch, YouTube, how do you understand the space?
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and passionate about improving global health
  • Valuable Experience:
    • Internship in a communications or social media capacity at a Global Health organization or a similar entity
    • Content creation experience - show us what you can do
