As a Content Creator for LATAM, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create various content in Portuguese based on specifications and your own initiative.
  • Write competent and structurally sound texts without AI assistance.
  • Review and edit your work, fact-check independently, and adapt to corrections.
  • Optimize social media posts for target audience behavior and SEO.
  • Develop and suggest content ideas based on industry trends.
  • Track and report personal social media insights and collaborate with the editorial team to improve content.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and formats, improving your skills accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, adapting content to tasks and being flexible.
  • Ensure all content meets company style guidelines, regulatory requirements, and is suitable for the audience.
  • Independently search for reliable information in different languages and build long-term relationships with teams and respondents.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for content.
  • Proficiently use software such as Google Docs, Asana, Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Portuguese and high level of English for internal communication.
  • Interest in sports, celebrities, and gaming trends.
  • 3+ years of experience as a copywriter or editor (middle-level specialist).
  • Experience producing B2B content.
  • Average skills in adapting content for SEO.
  • Time management, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Proven research skills and ability to work with content planning software.
  • Ability to write clearly about complex topics and identify key points.
