We are looking for a KA Team Lead to take responsibility for our existing paying clients. You will focus on decreasing our churn rate and helping your team to reach certain goals in sales.Our marketing, design, and content team will help you along the way providing any support and materials needed.What will you need to be successful:- At least 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably with managing experience- High communication skills and understanding of the local market- Prior experience in IT/banking/Insurance/IP telephony market or with subscription-based service- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English- Proven track record of growing sales- Ability to work independently, with no micromanagement neededWhy would you love to work in Selzy:- Total freedom in making strategic decisions in the sales area- Helpful cool team from all over the world- Competitive salary- Unlimited work contract**Salary**: From R$8,400.00 per month
