Fraud Deflect is a full-service fraud prevention and chargeback management fin-tech. Offering pre-authorization consulting. Post authorization fraud deflection and interception services. We help merchants lower their chargeback rates, promoting growth and scalability across their organization.We are seeking a sales development representative to join our rapidly growing team. This will be a Jr sales role reporting directly to our VP of sales & marketing and would be client facing. The ideal candidate will be flexible, coachable, and excited to grow as a sales professional.

ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the VP of sale and marketing assisting in sales and marketing administrative dutiesAsist in onboarding new clients, including gathering client data, updating our CRMAssist in marketing related initiatives, including, but not limited to events, social, and lead follow upBusiness Development, executing on outbound call down campaigns targeting new partners and merchantsTake lead on SMB sized accounts, running full sales cycles and onboarding new clientsJoin and assist in client facing virtual sales calls, demos and partner meetingsOperational, engineering and client success collaboration and support

Requirements:Minimum 3 Years professional experience working in a sales / sales related roleExperience generating leads through outbound cold calling strategiesBilingual Portuguese & English.

Must be fluent in English.Bachelor's Degree, with a preference in sales, marketing, finance or technologyStrong written and verbal communication skills (English)Achiever with a track record of successStrong organizational skillsSelf-driven with the ability to work in a remote environmentA quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentComputer literate with experience using Microsoft office and/or macOSExperience using CRMs
