As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all projects align with business objectives, drive implementation, and enhance business growth and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Deliver outcomes by monitoring key project execution, identifying risks, and driving resolutions to achieve business targets. Develop and optimize project management frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure smooth project execution. Act as the key coordinator for project management, ensuring communication among business, technology, finance, and other teams. Required skills and qualifications: Experience in PMO or project management. Strong business-driving capabilities, ensuring projects are guided by final business outcomes. Experience with OKR or KPI goal management. Familiar with common project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages. Portuguese speakers will be given priority.
