About the Role

The Senior Manager of Consumer Communications - Press & KOLs for Brazil at Keeta will integrate the Communications Team of Keeta and work directly with Keeta’s leadership team in Brazil to help develop and execute the full Consumer Communications strategy as the company enters the local market, focusing on robust expansion and generating a strong positive impact in the food delivery industry by bringing new technology and expertise.

This position reports to the Head of Public Relations in Brazil and requires extensive external communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology sector. Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments is a plus. Experience working with traditional media and KOLs / social media is required. Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

The Senior Manager of Consumer Communications - Press & KOLs will be responsible for planning and executing communications strategies and campaigns in Brazil, interacting directly with media, journalists, and KOLs, and managing an external PR agency, in order to:

  • Increase the impact of brand awareness in Brazil.
  • Improve brand favorability.
  • Maintain or improve tonality of earned media stories.
  • Maintain integrated brand campaigns (cross-functional work with Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs and Internal Communications teams).
  • Manage crisis / mitigate negative PR impact.
Qualifications

• Extensive external communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in technology. Knowledge/experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery sectors is a plus.

• Experience working with traditional media and KOLs / social media.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
