**This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of Aon's office in Latin America (LatAm) or Miami (Florida - US).**

**What the day will look like**:
As a **Multinational Segment Leader**, you will support with the achievement of team goals by:
- Generates business results, meeting "new new" and "new additional" business, retention, and rollover metrics across all solution lines and geographies.
- Stays in sync with the budget and has detailed knowledge of the income under its responsibility.
- Guarantees the profitability of the segment and each client.
- Identifies and performs growth opportunities for clients within a defined segment to achieve regional revenue targets and meet growth strategy.
- Develops and implements the Go to Market strategy for each of the regionally led growth opportunities that cross solution lines.
- Lead the talent of the team, establishing career paths and developing expert colleagues.
- Provides segment information to support solution line innovation.
- Ensures that execution requirements for shared aspects of the operating model are clear among segment team members to ensure that clients receive the appropriate level of service and support from the region.
- Generate segment pipeline and guarantee the execution of the discovery, development, execution and evaluation, and response model (Discover / Develop / Deliver /Review) that allows a consistent approach to the leadership of the client.
- Ensures the implementation of the Customer Value Creation Model (CVCM).
- Handle multinational desks by country (e.g. China Global Services).

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
Proven leadership and revenue growth success with strong project management, organizational and communication skills are essential to shine across collaborating teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insight and recommendations will lead to increased success and appreciation.
- Have all the regulatory licenses, permits or other technical requirements according to the applicable legislation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in team leadership.
- A good level of Portuguese would be an advantage.
- Expertise and knowledge of all company offerings and capabilities, along with a deep understanding of specific regional and segment complexities.
- Knowledge of Aon's global multinational strategy.
- Understanding of networking, as well as making the connection with global and regional teams.
- Building long-term relationships, at different and maximum levels of the company, oriented to service with customers in the segment.
- Consistent track record of representing the firm to large and sophisticated clients.
