Drive growth through strategic sales to multinational organizations in the region. Your primary objective is to discover, generate and convert new business opportunities in human capital and risk capital.
Key responsibilities include proactive hunting and prospection of new clients, management of sales initiatives in the region, and support for the company's strategy and best practices in sales.
The role combines organization, innovation, and a fast-paced culture with continuous learning and career development opportunities. It is crucial to Aon's strategy and seeks a professional to lead the relationship team in the Global Business team.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve a sales target for new business across sub-regions
- Connect and network with different regions of Aon to facilitate the inbound of new business into Latin America
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, consolidating common business opportunities between countries and pursuing them
- Develop the full sales cycle from prospection to client onboarding
- Lead and support new client implementation in partnership with peers from client-facing teams
- Support Latin American countries in strategic prospections, meetings, and RFPs
- Project manage and lead regional RFPs
- Elaborate presentations and sales pitch materials
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, advanced English language communication skills, and broad knowledge of insurance-related technical aspects. They should also have experience working in consulting firms, brokers, or insurance companies and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
