The Sales function at CDP drives revenue growth through sales of our products and services to new customers, renews existing customer relationships, and identifies opportunities within the existing book of business.
As a Market Director, you will lead strategic growth planning, cross-functional collaboration, net renewal rate achievement, go-to-market execution, external representation, market and competitive analysis, leadership participation, global system integration, fundraising and development support, and regional strategy development.
You will manage an effective and engaged team, providing focus and direction, ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace, and living the organization's core values.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
