As a Senior Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective strategy development and team management.

About the Role:
  • You will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve strategic objectives and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Prioritize opportunities identified by the business unit and ensure they are being resourced effectively.
  • Develop and administer sales plans to ensure customer satisfaction, assigned quota attainment, and highly skilled and motivated staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop go-to-market strategies for specific end markets within the business unit.
  2. Achieve annual sales and gross profit plans by implementing sales strategies and analyzing trends and results with regional and business unit management teams.
  3. Maintain a strong network of national, regional, and local supplier relationships to support sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
  • 10+ years related industry professional sales experience.
  • 7+ years experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level.
  • Experience managing direct reports/level managers within the job family (ex. Sales Manager).

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
