Operations Director We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our team. As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in Executive Support, Operations, or Integrator roles, ideally supporting C-level or Founder Executives. They will also have experience working in fast-paced, multi-business environments and be proficient in remote office tools like Google Workspace and Slack. The Operations Director will be responsible for managing internal tools like Zenoti and Shopify, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports on Operations and Team Performance. They will also need to identify ways to improve processes and communication, applying emotional intelligence in communication dynamics. In addition, the Operations Director will oversee marketing tasks across departments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage day-to-day operations. They will be the point of contact for internal issues and help with swift resolution. The successful candidate will be a natural problem solver, think clearly and critically, and communicate with clarity and confidence. They will keep everything (and everyone) on track, juggles timelines, priorities, and moving pieces with calm precision and care for the brand image. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Manage internal tools like Zenoti and Shopify Track KPIs and prepare reports on Operations and Team Performance Identify ways to improve processes and communication Oversight of marketing tasks across departments Point of contact for internal issues and help with swift resolution Requirements: At least seven years of experience in Executive Support, Operations, or Integrator roles Experience working in fast-paced, multi-business environments Proficient in remote office tools like Google Workspace and Slack Hands-on experience with Zenoti and Shopify Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams Strong integrator and operational management skills Client-facing experience with the ability to handle escalations professionally Technology Specifications: Minimum 100 Mbps Internet Speed Windows 11 or MacOS 15 Sequoia Minimum Intel i5 8th gen with 8GB RAM or Apple M1 chip with 8GB RAM Webcam and Headset Designated Quiet Office Space
