Come make history in Amazon's Brazil Seller Recruitment team We are seeking a talented Tech Manager to support our leads generation and allocation processes. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices. Leads is our starting point to accelerate partnerships with key sellers in our marketplace.
We are looking for creative, goal-oriented, and highly entrepreneurial individuals to join our dynamic team. Our focus is on growing a smart assortment of brands and providing the best shopping experience. The ideal candidate will enable Amazon Brazil's growth through implementing and supporting local seller recruitment strategies and business intelligence. This role involves strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills, knowledge of business intelligence solutions, and business acumen.
Core responsibilities include:
- Develop scalable processes using SQL, Python, and other languages.
- Apply web scraping techniques.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and improve output quality.
- Collaborate with business teams to refine scoring models and processes.
- Monitor and optimize seller performance to meet productivity targets.
- Work with account management, product management, and marketing teams to meet organizational goals.
- Develop key metrics and performance indicators for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and web scraping solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leads generation role.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python for analytical and automation purposes.
- Experience managing a leads funnel and collaborating with sales teams.
