Operations Coordinator Role This position entails managing multiple tasks, ensuring attention to detail, and fostering connections across departments. The ideal candidate will possess experience in operational management, HR coordination, or similar roles with 5–7 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and familiarity with data visualization software. This coordinator will oversee the onboarding process for new hires and contractors, handle financial reconciliations, time tracking, and rate verification, support Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, maintain workflow systems, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
