Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Creative Strategy Manager and our growing team. This role goes far beyond administrative support — you’ll be the operational backbone of our department, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, data is accurate and actionable, and initiatives receive the technical support they need to thrive.
You’ll be managing key workflows, reporting on performance metrics, reviewing creative work through the lens of brand consistency, and driving operational excellence behind the scenes. If you're energized by the idea of helping a team of creatives move faster, smarter, and with more precision — this role is for you.
**How you will achieve success**:
- Maintain and optimize project trackers and workflows (e.g., Process Street)
- Support submission and tracking of internal ticket requests
- Aggregate and report on KPIs for both brands and internal team performance
- Conduct deliverable quality checks for brand compliance and consistency
- Manage team calendars and department-level LTR updates
- Assist in catalog and creative content audits across various platforms
- Create, manage, and refine data spreadsheets and reporting dashboards
- Provide ongoing technical and organizational support for creative initiatives
**What experiences will help you in this role**:
- 2-3 years as a virtual or executive assistant in a creative or operational environment
- 2-3 years in data coordination, project management, or operations
- Experience supporting teams that work with branding, creative strategy, or ecommerce is a plus
