Our client, a global provider of gaming solutions and technology, is seeking a Technical Director to lead and oversee all technical operations. This senior role ensures the effective functioning of technical teams, operational efficiency, and the highest standards of service delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage technical and operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of gaming machines and related equipment. Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and technical regulations. Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, technical support, and customer service. Monitor and report on technical performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective measures. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Logistics, and other departments to align technical initiatives with business needs. Represent the technical area with key clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage technical projects, including system upgrades, testing, and new installations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in technical operations, preferably within the gaming or casino industry. Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams. Knowledge of gaming machines, electronics, and technical support systems. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and related operational tools is a plus. Fluency and Brazilian Portuguese and Intermediate English proficiency
