Senior Manager/Director Corporate Communications
The Senior Manager/Director of Corporate Communications for Brazil at Keeta - which is the international division of China\'s Meituan, the largest and most advanced food delivery company in the world-- will integrate the Communications Team of Keeta and work directly with Keeta's leadership team in the country to help develop and execute the full Corporate Comms strategy of the company, which is entering the local market focusing on robust expansion and generating strong positive impact in the food delivery industry by bringing new technology and great expertise.
This position reports to the Head of Public Relations in Brazil and requires extensive external Communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology segment.
Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments is a plus.

The Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will be responsible for planning and executing Comms strategies and campaigns in Brazil, interacting directly with media, journalists and KOLs and also managing an external PR agency, in order to:

Job Description
The professional will play a transformative role in defining and deploying Samsung's Logistics Strategy for Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Miami) for Finished Goods (all product lines) and Spare Parts operations. Key programs to be carried out by this position include:
- Long-Term Capacity Planning: Process Implementation and Improvement: Logistics Network Design, Warehouse Infrastructure (including automation projects), Transportation Modes, etc.
- Cost Efficiency Program: Manage the project pipeline (PMO) and lead analyses to identify new opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost savings (productivity increases for warehouse handling and transportation, warehouse storage efficiency, lead time reductions, LSP management, etc.).
- Process Innovation: Apply problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset to create, redesign, and implement processes and tools that support logistics operations optimization and better governance in Latin America (planning, control, analysis).
Key Job Responsabilities
- Collaborate on the definition and deployment Samsung's logistics strategy for Latin America, covering Finished Goods and Spare Parts operations across key markets (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Miami).
- Implement and improve the "Long Term Capacity Planning" process, focusing on logistics network design, warehouse infrastructure (including automation projects), and transportation modes.
- Manage the project pipeline (PMO) for the "Cost Efficiency Program."
- Lead analyses to identify new opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost savings, including:
- Productivity increases for warehouse handling and transportation.
- Warehouse storage efficiency enhancements.
- Lead time reductions.
- Strong collaboration with Procurement and other stakeholders.
- Apply problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset to create, redesign, and implement processes and tools that optimize logistics operations and improve governance in Latin America.
- Focus on areas such as planning, control, and analysis to support logistics optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations across Latin America.
- Foster strong collaboration with Procurement, IT, and other departments to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Track KPIs to evaluate logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on logistics operations, cost-saving initiatives, and process innovations for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance logistics processes.
- Lead initiatives to innovate and improve logistics strategies, ensuring adaptability to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns, implement solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in logistics operations and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Experience in logistics operations and/or projects across Latin American countries (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Miami; not necessarily in all of them).
- Experience in network design projects and logistics capacity planning.
- Familiarity with logistics management software (WMS, TMS), ERP systems, and automation technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cost efficiency programs, including project pipeline management (PMO).
- Expertise in identifying and implementing operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Experience in applying process innovation to improve governance and operational performance.
- Ability to prepare detailed analysis, graphics and reports to support and/or make presentations senior management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners.
- Advanced Excel proficiency. Power BI is a Plus.
