Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Job We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant to lead the implementation and enhancement of scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows, drive automation, and enable data-driven sales operations. Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce configurations. Design and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Books, Quotes, and Contracts. Implement and maintain CPQ functionalities – product configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, and quote-to-order processes. Develop custom workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools. Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training to ensure seamless adoption. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system optimizations. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements to recommend best practices and continuous improvements. Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, ability to design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of Salesforce development tools.
