Job Title: Network Specialist for Advanced Wireless Systems We are seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist to join our team and take on the challenging role of commissioning, integrating, and validating advanced wireless systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and compliance of our network infrastructure with client technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Commissioning, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks, including Controllers (BSC/RNC) and OSS platforms. Configuration, expansion, and technical audit activities on OSS platforms to ensure optimal performance and stability. Support and accompany field activities related to activation of new sites, swaps, migrations, and network expansions to ensure seamless deployment. Correct implementation of parameters, scripts, and integration routines to ensure efficient network operations. Network KPIs and alarms monitoring to identify and proactively resolve faults, ensuring minimal downtime. Technical reports, action plans, and network documentation preparation to facilitate effective decision-making and knowledge sharing. Collaborative work with planning, O&M, and optimization teams to ensure network performance and stability. Requirements: Proven experience with BSC and/or RNC Controllers from leading vendors such as ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia, or Huawei. OSS and network management tools knowledge to efficiently manage and troubleshoot complex network issues. Strong understanding of commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting processes for 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. Solid knowledge of RF, parameters, handovers, features, and network architecture to ensure optimal system performance. Log interpretation, KPIs, and performance reports analysis ability to identify trends and areas for improvement. Experience with integration scripts MML, CLI, or equivalent to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency. Desirable experience with O&M interfaces and network databases to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Field processes survey, swap, and site activation knowledge to ensure successful site activations and minimization of downtime.
