Inbound Talent is excited to be partnering with one of the leading Authorized Starlink Resellers worldwide on a search to further build out their South American revenue base. About the Company A leading Starlink Reseller that delivers innovative connectivity solutions using Starlink, OneWeb, and advanced telecom technologies. The company provides high-speed, low-latency internet to industries including maritime, energy, construction, and rail, enabling organisations operating in remote and challenging environments to remain connected 24/7. Trusted by global enterprises—such as major construction firms, healthcare organisations, and ship management companies—the business is recognised for exceptional service, deep technical expertise, and transformative connectivity solutions. As part of an international growth strategy, the company is expanding into Brazil and is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in São Paulo to develop client relationships and drive market growth. The Role The Account Manager will be responsible for a blend of new business development and account management, supporting the company's expansion across Brazil. This is a client-facing, commercially focused role offering strong career progression as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Develop and secure new enterprise clients across sectors such as maritime, energy, construction, and rail. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities. Build brand presence and a strong sales pipeline within the Brazilian market. Work closely with clients to design tailored connectivity solutions using Starlink, OneWeb, Private 5G, and other technologies. Collaborate with global teams on market strategy, sales planning, and service delivery. Requirements What the Company Is Looking For 5+ years' experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within telecoms, satellite communications, or technology solutions. Strong spoken and written English and Brazilian Portuguese communication skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Ability to balance proactive business development with long-term relationship management. Experience or knowledge of maritime, energy, construction, or rail industries is advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and C-level stakeholders.
