Job Description: As a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist , you will provide exceptional support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) in a fast-paced international environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, working across time zones with ease. You will be responsible for managing the COO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, meetings with internal and external stakeholders, as well as handling email organization and executive communication. The selected candidate will also assist with scheduling social media content, managing agendas and follow-ups, while supporting special projects as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent organizational skills along with effective communication abilities Must reside in São Paulo-Brazil or nearby cities within the state of Brazil/li> Languages: Fluent English (required)
