Descrição da Vaga:

Buscamos um profissional experiente em Customer Success, com fluência em inglês , para fortalecer nossa relação com clientes norte-americanos e desenvolver esse mercado junto ao time de CS. O candidato será responsável por estabelecer comunicação efetiva e constante, apresentando melhorias e entendendo profundamente as necessidades e dores dos clientes. O profissional ideal deve ser proativo na busca por melhorias e no crescimento dos resultados dos clientes, desenvolvendo relacionamentos sólidos e monitorando o sucesso do cliente ao longo de sua jornada conosco.

Responsabilidades:

  • Construir e manter excelentes relacionamentos com clientes internacionais (principalmente EUA e Canadá).
  • Desenvolver novos negócios com clientes existentes e/ou identificar áreas de melhoria para aumentar o sucesso dos clientes.
  • Participar da elaboração de campanhas de upsell e expansão para gerar novas receitas.
  • Gerenciar múltiplos clientes simultaneamente, mantendo um alto nível de atenção aos detalhes.
  • Comunicar-se efetivamente e distribuir materiais para ajudar os clientes a maximizar resultados.
  • Atuar como a "voz do cliente", repassando feedbacks valiosos para a equipe de Customer Success.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Inglês (avançado ou fluente).
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em técnicas de Customer Success.
  • Experiência com técnicas de upsell e downsell.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de CRM ou ERP.
