Responsabilidades e atribuições

Garantir satisfação do cliente em todas as demandas, através de um atendimento focado e eficiente;
Fornecer treinamento aos usuários para garantir a adoção eficaz das nossas soluções;
Manter um bom relacionamento com cliente para o sucesso da implantação.

Requisitos e qualificações
Talento pra relacionamento com clientes
Resiliência e capacidade para lidar com mudanças
Facilidade com tecnologia
Conhecimento sobre o marketing digital (Diferencial)
Competência básica em ferramentas de produtividade (por exemplo, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
