Job Title: Finance Manager The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and tax functions to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate reporting standards. This includes daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end closings, and statutory audits. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial reports and accounting records in line with corporate guidelines, timelines, and local statutory requirements. Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet schedules, general ledger maintenance, and cash flow management. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, as well as analysis of financial information. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations. Manage tax incentives, including PPB (Processo Produtivo Básico) and tax optimization opportunities, ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax laws. Cordinate with external parties to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with departments to prepare and manage OPEX budgets. Identify and implement process improvements in internal accounting and financial operations efficiency. Partner with business units to provide finance-related advice. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and tax management, including 3+ years in an international setting. Knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax. Advanced analytical skills and high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in English. Prior experience in accounting firms is an added advantage.
