Job Description This is a freelance position as a customer service specialist where you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients. You will respond to queries via phone, email, and helpdesk ticketing system in a timely and professional manner. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficient and professional/native level English speaker and writer Able to multi-task and juggle a large volume of tasks Consistently reliable: able to be on time and present when scheduled Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Self-motivated to be effective with minimal supervision Detail, process and results oriented Ability to avoid distraction and consistently work throughout a scheduled shift Benefits The freelancer will have the opportunity to work remotely from Brazil, enjoy career growth opportunities, and be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. Hours and Compensation The freelancer will work 40 hours per week and will be paid $5.50 USD per hour. The schedule will be set and can include flexibility for choosing time off and holidays.
