Customer Success Specialist Role Overview We are seeking a skilled customer success specialist to assist professors in integrating video solutions into their courses, improving teaching outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring users derive maximum value from their subscription by conducting daily outreach via calls, emails, and demos. Responsibilities also include delivering product awareness sessions, growing engagement through presentations, strengthening subscription renewal outcomes, and influencing product decisions with customer feedback.
