Your Role

As a CRM Marketing Analyst , you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing CRM workflows, automations, and funnel sequences that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. You are not just an executor — you are a strategic thinker who understands customer journeys, data flows, and marketing automation best practices. You will work closely with our Account Managers, strategists, and technical teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that support our clients' growth goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • CRM Implementation: Build and maintain CRM workflows, email automations, landing pages, and complete funnel sequences using platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Keap, or similar tools.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the creation, testing, and launch of email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and lead capture forms.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key CRM metrics (open rates, conversion rates, funnel performance) and propose optimizations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and other team members to align CRM activities with broader inbound marketing strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of workflows, automations, and best practices for team reference and process scaling.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify technical blockers or performance issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Client Support: Join client calls when needed to explain technical aspects of CRM projects in clear, simple terms.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or marketing automation in an agency or B2B environment.
  • Solid experience working with CRM tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Keap, or others.
  • Good understanding of customer journeys, lead nurturing, funnels, and segmentation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Advanced English — able to communicate technical details clearly with the team and, when needed, with clients.
