As a CRM Analyst at Pipefy, you will play a pivotal role in leading process design, focusing on providing solutions in Salesforce, HubSpot and other sales and marketing tools. This role is crucial in ensuring that we use tools effectively to inform strategies, optimize operations, and foster a deep understanding of our market and customers.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and develop a strategic roadmap for the CRM platform.
- Develop components, interfaces and applications.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and administration of CRM, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement best practices for data management, user adoption, and system governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience as a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator or similar role, with demonstrated experience by certification.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Good understanding about OOP applied to Apex.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English speaker to work with a global team is a must.
