We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Administrator to join our team and take ownership of the strategic direction, optimization, configuration, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure the platform effectively supports and drives business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute comprehensive Salesforce administration, including user management (access, roles, permissions), object/field configuration, workflows, and data integrity
  • Strategically assess and configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, page layouts, Process Builder, and advanced Lightning Flows to meet evolving business priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define strategic objectives, and design scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and future growth
  • Oversee and streamline licensing management, data imports/exports, backups, data cleansing, and user adoption processes while developing robust documentation and training programs
  • Resolve complex technical escalations by providing hands-on guidance and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and staying attuned to new releases and industry innovations
  • Lead high-impact Salesforce projects, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, execution strategies, and cross-functional coordination to drive business outcomes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes, such as knowledge-sharing materials, FAQs, and training content to improve user education, adoption, and system engagement across teams
  • Design and manage advanced analytics and dashboards to deliver actionable insights, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with increasing responsibility and leadership
  • 2+ years of experience managing complex Salesforce-related projects, including end-to-end execution, stakeholder collaboration, and resource coordination
  • Established background in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration, including leading Salesforce implementations from concept to realization
  • Extensive Salesforce Administration expertise in user management, custom objects/fields, page layouts, data integrity, and governance processes
  • Advanced proficiency in building workflows, Process Builders, and expert-level Lightning Flows
  • Strong ability to gather requirements, translate business objectives into strategic functional designs, and propose scalable and future-ready solutions
  • Proven communication, mentorship, and stakeholder engagement skills, including creating documentation, training programs, and aligning technical strategies with business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot advanced issues, resolve escalations, and serve as the go-to technical expert for Salesforce-related inquiries
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification and additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning for sophisticated user interface customization and optimization
  • Expert-level expertise in Salesforce integrations and automation workflows to connect CRM with other platforms and enhance scalability
  • Background in Agile project management methodologies to optimize process workflows and team efficiency
  • Extensive experience in designing complex analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for deep insights and organizational strategy alignment
