Job Opportunity Develop a career in training coordination and support our customers in Frankfurt. This role is part of the Operations team and involves coordinating training session delivery. You will be working closely with the customer's learning delivery team and will be responsible for analyzing training needs and determining the number of sessions required. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing training needs and determining the number of sessions needed; Initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation; Organizing training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability; Calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program; Supporting completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoice requirements; Ensuring adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool; To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations; Exposure to an international work environment; A high-level understanding of the training landscape; Customer service-oriented posture; Team player skills; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; Attention to detail, structured, and organized; Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems; Fluent English language skills; Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
