Utilize a mature SOP framework, ensure smooth operations, and adjust strategies promptly based on business progress. Achieve work objectives successfully, review work processes, explore more efficient methods, summarize experiences, and accumulate valuable insights. Define time management priorities, optimize personal time management based on actual circumstances, and prioritize talent growth. Requirements: Management Experience: Proven experience in managing sales teams with outstanding performance in a high-growth company over the past years. Team Leadership Methods: Ability to clearly articulate methods for leading teams to success, with proven, replicable experience in overseas markets. Experience Sharing: Actively share work experiences and provide actionable improvement suggestions to help the team enhance their capabilities. Strategic Thinking: Possess a holistic mindset, plan business and team development pathways, identify root causes, and coordinate between global headquarters and various teams. Motivation and Resilience: Demonstrate strong ambition, professionalism, willingness to challenge oneself, and ability to handle work-related pressure effectively. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) with the ability to adapt to long-term overseas work.
