Our Mission: To deliver exceptional player experiences while contributing to product evolution and monetization. Key Responsibilities: Support the strategy and performance of digital game operations. Analyze player behavior and game performance to suggest improvements in retention, engagement, and monetization. Collaborate on planning in-game events, update cycles, and monetization strategies. Monitor real-time data to identify optimization opportunities. Work alongside product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely content delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Digital Games or other fields. Fluent in English. Able to work in São Paulo, SP (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Able to work in a full-time position (8 hours per day). Passionate about games. Knowledge in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
