Job Overview $630 USD annual salary. Responsibilities Manage multiple lead sources, prioritize high-value opportunities, and execute follow-ups to ensure seamless pipeline management. Qualify inbound leads, schedule sales calls with interested prospects, and review responses from outreach campaigns. Update lead tags, statuses, and ownership in CRM platforms based on prospect engagement and stage. Maintain accurate pipeline management, ensure all conversations are properly categorized, and coordinate reschedules for no-show prospects. Process new leads, segment them into appropriate workflows, and track daily metrics including new conversations, responses, and bookings. Identify low-quality leads or technical issues with lead sources and maintain organized conversation threads. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Test and optimize messaging templates across platforms to enhance response rates. Ensure all lead generation software and integrations function properly. Requirements Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs. Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially GoHighLevel (GHL), or similar tools. Experience with lead generation platforms such as Leadhype, Smartlead, or comparable systems. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, and identifying performance patterns. Experience with project management tools preferred. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs. Ability to handle high-volume communication while maintaining quality and personalization. Professional, persistent, and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Discretion in handling sensitive prospect and client information. Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to optimize processes continuously. Key Performance Indicators Meet or exceed monthly sales call booking targets. Maintain high response rates across all lead channels. Deliver accurate and timely daily reports on lead generation activities and pipeline status. Ensure qualified leads are properly nurtured and handed off to sales with complete context. Reduce lead leakage by ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks. Contribute to improved conversion rates through effective qualification and pre-call preparation. Benefits: $630 USD annual salary.
