Staff Accountant Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial systems and strong process enhancement skills. Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions. Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets. Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using TGG templates. Responsibilities The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following key areas: Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently. Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions. Month-End Workbooks: Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets. Financial Reporting: Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using TGG templates.
