Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive transformation and growth in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align strategic vision with technical execution. Main Responsibilities Migrate legacy technology without disrupting business operations by leveraging agile methodologies and meticulous planning. Implement a unified technology framework to integrate strategic vision with technical execution, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. Develop a high-performing technology organization through process-oriented operation, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Build cohesion and leadership depth across four technical verticals by fostering collaboration, empowering teams, and promoting professional development. About You Proven experience in technology leadership with teams of ~50 people, demonstrating ability to motivate, inspire, and guide high-performing teams towards shared goals. Transformation delivery expertise in replatforming, architecture redesign, or scalability initiatives, with a track record of successful project execution and measurable impact. Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex systems. Key Qualifications Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes. Language proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA or executive education preferred, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
