We are looking for a Partner Support Agent (specialist level) with solid experience in CRM and Help Desk platforms to work in a dynamic corporate environment, supporting our partners in solving complex issues and adopting technological solutions. This position is responsible for providing L2 and L3 technical support, collaborating closely with internal and development teams to ensure excellence in Zoho's partner service experience. Responsibilities: Act as the main technical point of contact for partners. Provide technical support via email, chat, and calls for Zoho Services to Zoho Partners in Brazil. Diagnose and resolve issues related to integrations, automations, and system customizations. Support onboarding and implementation teams during technical transitions. Participate in technical meetings with process stakeholders. Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base. Mandatory Requirements: Strong team player. Dedicated professional willing to provide extended support to Zoho Partners and Customers. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Previous experience in Application Support or other technical roles. Proven experience in implementation or technical support for platforms such as: Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Zendesk. Advanced knowledge of integrations, APIs, automations, and platform customizations; Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong analytical and proactive approach with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
