Process Management and Tracking: Utilize a Standard Operating Procedure framework to ensure smooth operations and adjust strategies based on business progress. Outcome Achievement and Review: Ensure successful work objectives, conduct reviews, explore efficient methods, summarize experiences, and accumulate valuable insights. Requirements: Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing sales teams with outstanding performance in high-growth companies. Strategic Thinking: Possess a holistic mindset with the ability to plan business and team development pathways. Talent Development: Prioritize talent growth, having previously served as a corporate trainer or established a training system. Motivation and Resilience: Demonstrate strong ambition, professionalism, willingness to challenge oneself, and handle work-related pressure effectively. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with the ability to adapt to long-term overseas work.
