IT Product Coordinator/Manager Job Summary The IT Product Coordinator/Manager will lead the development and execution of local IT system implementation plans, aligning them with global strategies and requirements. Main Responsibilities: Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with HQ to ensure local IT system implementation plans align with global strategies and requirements. Project Execution: Partner with external vendors to drive system implementation and guarantee efficient project delivery. Operational Support: Provide operational support, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve user experience and system efficiency for local business units. Compliance Management: Design and implement IT solutions that comply with Brazilian legal requirements, including tax regulations and data protection. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Above: In IT or Finance related field. Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory (daily use). Prior Experience: 5+ years in ERP management and implementation, with expertise in Oracle EBS standard modules (CRM/SCM/Finance) and Brazilian localization solutions. Operations Expertise: Deep understanding of sales, supply chain, and finance operations. Implementation Leadership: Proven ability to lead local system implementations in Brazil. Delivered Projects: Minimum of 2+ successfully delivered system implementation projects, with multinational project experience preferred. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify business pain points and design effective solutions. Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure to coordinate with HQ on local deployment. About This Role This role requires a strong leader who can drive local IT system implementation plans forward. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ERP management and implementation, as well as a deep understanding of sales, supply chain, and finance operations.
